Clearly, being the first Black President of the United States isn’t all that it is cracked up to be. For President Obama ensuring that white America is satisfied has created a sense of tension within the Black community with many feeling as though Obama isn’t providing for his own.
Appearing at the United Center Sunday for the Saviour’s Day Event, Minister Louis Farrakhan predicted that Obama could be heading into trouble in the future and it is imperative that he is more active in terms of improvement of life of Black people and others that are down and out.
“Your people are suffering. You can’t ease their plight, but you can use your bully pulpit. Speak for the poor. Speak for the weak.
Stating that white America is looking to only have the president serve just one term, Farrakhan added that they are steadily trapping him into a future war with Iran and are steering him away from necessary efforts such a introducing a health care legislation.
Overall, Obama is being cornered into mass destruction by “white right”.
Almost 20,000 were in attendance for the event in Chicago as Farrakhan rallied for Obama to help the Nation of Islam, as they have diligently worked to reform Black America.
“Put some money on back of us,” he said. “We can reform our people.”
With the tragedy in Chile, he stated that his divine knowledge enabled him to visualize numerous signs of events such as this over the decades, and he could see trouble for Obama.
