Reports out of Atlanta are saying Rich Homie Quan was shooting a music video with Problem when he suddenly suffered two seizures, causing him to crack his head on the ground rather badly.

Via TMZ:

Rich Homie Quan just got rushed to a hospital after suffering TWO seizures during a music video shoot … TMZ has learned.

According to Quan’s rep … the rapper was shooting a video with Problem in Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, and about an hour ago he suffered back-to-back seizures.

We’re told when Quan hit the ground … he smashed his head badly, paramedics were called … and he was taken to an Atlanta hospital for emergency treatment.

His condition is unknown right now.

The 24-year-old rapper, whose real name is Dequantes Lamar, was riding high after he was named to the 2014 XXL Freshman class just yesterday, May 5 when this happened.

Although there are no reports on what caused the seizures, the incident harkens back frightful memories of Lil Wayne’s heavy use of lean that caused him to suffer from the abnormal brain activity.

On one of the hottest days of the year in Atlanta, GA, Rapper, Rich Homie Quan experienced heat exhaustion during the filming of his upcoming video Walk-Thru;causing him to initially faint. As the rapper came to, the episode spiraled into a brief seizure. LA based Rapper Problem along with concerned fans all witnessed paramedics take Rich Homie Quan to the hospital. He is good and recovering.
