The Georgia teacher on trial for allowing his male students to do an in-class strip tease will not be going to jail.

Former chorus teacher Nathan Grigsby escaped jail Wednesday when a jury found him not guilty of five counts of contributing to the deprivation of a minor.

The jury deliberated for six hours before reaching the verdict

As previously reported, Grigsby was charged with allowing three male students to dance bare-chested to Silk’s “Meeting In My Bedroom”  at Southwest Dekalb High School.

A cellphone video captured the incident showing the young men grinding and simulating sex acts on female students.

One of the boys is also seen dropping his pants while gyrating sexually.

Grigsby testified that his back was turned and he did not see their sexually charged actions until it was too late.

The jury apparently agreed with him.

The three boys have been charged with public indecency but came to the trial to support their former teacher.

I wonder if his students are doing a celebration dance….
