A sex offender of the worst possible kind was busted playing with his pecker dangerously close where children hang out. Thanks to nighttime surveillance cameras, Columbus, Georgia police were able to identify a man busted masturbating outside a nearby elementary school. He also furthered his cretin membership by hanging his used condoms on the school’s doors.
Tarence Wilson, also of Columbus, Georgia, confessed to cops of his dirty deeds on account of “not feeling comfortable stroking it at home and wanted somewhere he could be alone.”

Tarence Wilson faced four counts of public indecency, four counts of littering, four counts of criminal trespass and four counts of loitering on school property during a Thursday morning Recorder’s Court hearing.
School security reviewed surveillance tapes Tuesday after employees repeatedly found used condoms on the Amber Drive school’s doors. The used condoms were first discovered Saturday, an officer told the court.
Police say the tapes show Wilson nightly climbing over a fence into the school’s courtyard, usually between 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Wilson is accused of then stripping and masturbating before hanging up the used condoms.
When officers arrived to back up school security Tuesday, they found Wilson hiding behind a bush with his boxer shorts around his ankles.
The presiding judge, Michael Joyner set Mr. Wilson’s bond at $4,000.
