With Sha Money XL being the newly appointed senior VP of A&R at Def Jam Records, the producer is now trying to take the necessary steps to bring the G-Unit family along with him.

50 Cent and Rick Ross, along with almost all of his other past enemies, on the same label?

Lloyd Banks already stated that he’s having numbers thrown at him from those offices as is.  As for Tony Yayo, he’ll most likely just ride shotgun regardless.

During an interview with MTV, the producer spoke on wanting the team to ride with him over to Def Jam.

“I spoke to Fif, to [his manager Chris] Lighty. I would love to see that there,”

He added that this would be perfect timing as the pieces are all falling into place after Banks created the spark through “Beamer, Benz or Bentley”

“Banks has an amazing record right now, independently.  If things work out, then yeah, I would love to see that happen.  The beef stuff, I’m over.  We at a certain point in life where we don’t even need that. We eat that.  So I will let them speak for their own, but honestly, I would like to see a company continue to grow.  And I think G-Unit is in a position — coming from an independent space — that can continue to do their thing.  I would like to provide an opportunity for them to continue to grow.”

Well, 50 feat. Rick Ross??  Sorry, just can’t get the picture static to clear.  As Khaled and Ross are basically the dominant factors over there, beef doesn’t seem so simple to avoid with everything that’s already happened.
