There’s a new movement brewing in the streets of Brooklyn, and right at the helm is a young rapper named Bobby Schmurda, who set the Internets ablaze with his groovy “Schmoney Dance.”
Representing GS9, it’s all about the greater good of the up and comer’s clique. But his growing number of digital purveyors simply want more of the epic two-step he performed in his visual for “Hot Ni**a.” He breaks out in the dance numerous times with his team, but at one moment, he breaks it down with the utmost passion. The hat toss only adds to the overall effect.
Today, the Internets began appropriating familiar records to the dancing clip, giving it an entirely new feel. This, my friends, is like the infamous “Diddy bop” reincarnated.
