Before anyone asks, yes, this song sounds as good as it looks on paper. There’s no chorus in sight, leaving their bars to be the star of the show. And shine on is exactly what Cormega and company’s words do. Backed by a proper sample, the veteran wordsmiths collectively deliver dexterous rhymes with uniquely different styles. Remember the days when that was the industry standard?
