What’s a summer without content from Dom Kennedy? Rather than new material, the West Coast rapper returns from a lengthy hiatus with a visual for “After School” from his 2013 album, Get Home Safely.

The clip is a nostalgic piece, in which Kennedy strolls down memory lane at his old high school. There location is vacant, so it truly feels like the viewer connects with the Leimart Park, Los Angles native during his time on screen. Garbed in Supreme, a baseball cap, and Vans sneakers, Kennedy remains as calm, cool, and collected as ever while waxing poetics.

Stream the Brandon Lee Stratton-directed video for “After School” below. In the same breath, support Dom Kennedy’s movement by purchasing Get Home Safely via iTunes.
