Former Bad Boy Black Rob recently sat down to discuss his transition from the big house to the streets and how the music scene has changed since fans last heard from him.

In the candid interview with Truestoriesradio.com, Black Rob revealed that the biggest adjust upon his release initially was remembering not to wear “drawls” in the shower.

“I remember the first day I got out,” Black Rob recalled in the interview, “I hopped in the shower and was relaxing, but I noticed that I was showering with my drawls on. Once I woke up I took them off, but up north there definitely wasn’t no free balling.”

When asked about the skinny jeans fad, Rob states: [More]

“I think we need to bring the baggy jeans back, no disrespect to anyone that wears them but up north if you had skinny jeans on, you were getting your back blown out.”

Black rob also took the time to address rumors that he dissed his former mentor Diddy for his lack of support while incarcerated.

“I didn’t say what I said to hurt Diddy, why would I hurt Diddy when he put me where I needed to be?”, Black Rob continued.  “I want kill anything that people are trying to create about me and Puff, so all the diss records needs to chill with my name on the title like I’m Shyteting on Diddy. I still have love for Bad Boy, I just feel it’s time to move on.”

I’m glad that Black Rob is back on the street; maybe now we can get the long awaited follow up to his debut album to drop soon. No diss, but didn’t listening to Black Rob in this interview remind you of Charlie Murphy?  I’m just saying…
