Now that Denzel Washington is clean as a whistle, he’s preparing to take Hollywood by the reigns in his upcoming movie The Equalizer.

The iconic actor was the guest of honor for the latest Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) and volleyed back every question that was hurled his way. His new feature film has been boosted by a brand new song from Eminem and when asked about his thoughts on the megastar Slim Shady, the Academy Award winner revealed that he was familiar with his music.

“Eminem, yes, and I like Nas, and Jay-Z,” he replied. “Eminem and NAS are real wordsmiths. So yes, I’m DEFINITELY an Eminem fan. Where’s he been? Where you been Eminem?”

Mr. Washington may want to frequent Hip-Hop Wired more often because Eminem has had a major presence as of late. In addition to recording the “Guts Over Fear” record for The Equalizer soundtrack, his platinum single “Rap God” was recently added to the Guinness Book of World Records. Its coinciding album–The Marshall Mathers LP 2–was certified double platinum as well.

Regardless, the Q&A was a hit with Denzel touching on his long-lasting marriage and favorite pizza toppings. The Equalizer hits theaters later this month on September 26.
