Pharrell Williams isn’t particularly political, but we all know he’s never been shy of voicing his opinion.

In a recent sit-down with CNN’s Don Lemon, Skateboard P expressed his disgruntlement with the way media chose to cover Ferguson’s unrest.

“I’m disappointed from the way it was handled from the government side. I think that officer [Darren Wilson] should be punished because that was excessive force,” he said earlier. “I was so disappointed that we had so much peaceful protesting going on [but] what the media chose to cover and highlight were the few that threw molotov cocktails, the random people that had guns on them […] the looting of the stores.”
