A Florida mother who allegedly pimped out her teen daughter to make some extra duckets during Super Bowl weekend in New York earlier this year was pretty thoughtful about the whole thing. Prosecutors said Wednesday (Nov. 12) that Yolanda Ostoloza gave the minor condoms and a price list, and told her to “be careful” before sending her out to make some money.

Reports the New York Daily News:

Yolanda Ostoloza, 39, brought her young daughter from Florida to New York City for the “sole purpose of making money,” attempting to cash in on the big game in the New York area earlier this year, prosecutor Rachel Ehrhardt argued in her opening statement.

But when Ostoloza sent her daughter off for what was expected to be a tryst, she pretended to care for her kid’s well-being, the ADA argued.

“What makes this so heinous . . . is the motherly advice this defendant gave her daughter right before she walked out that door: Be careful. Use protection,” Ehrhardt said.

Ostoloza’s attorney, Lawrence LaBrew, argued at the bench trial that his client had discussions about working for a pimp but that she planned to send the teen to the child’s father’s house in New Jersey.

The accused pimp, Damon Hayes, was also charged in connection with the events and his case is pending.

The teenager snitched on her mom once the cops busted her. Mommy Dearest is looking at up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
