During a live broadcast regarding the Staten Island grand jury’s decision to not indict the cop responsible for the fatal chokehold on Eric Garner, a couple mocked the incident on camera.

WPIX reporter Allison Kaden was live on the scene Wednesday at New York’s Rockefeller Center covering the protests in support of Eric Garner and his family. That same day, the grand jury moved against indicting NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo despite video evidence and a coroner’s report that his chokehold maneuver killed Garner thus sparking the outrage.

The couple brazenly walked behind Kaden and mimicked the choking incident from this past July. Although the moment was brief, it lacked any manner of sensitivity to the explosive situation unfolding around them.

Luckily these two winners didn’t get seen doing their gesture by any of the protesters, or else they might have caught the fade and the lineup during the broadcast as well.

Last night, Garner’s widow expressed her anger over the decision and vows to seek justice on behalf of her husband. Officer Pantaleo has issued a public apology to the family, which Mrs. Garner vehemently rejected at a press conference hosted by Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.
