Atlanta barber has the remedy for misbehaving little boys: a haircut called the “Benjamin Button Special.”

Created by Russell Fredrick, the haircut is a essential a reverse bowl cut that resembles an balding elderly man. The disciplinary measure was such a hit that his barbershop, A-1 Kutz, offers the haircut for free three days a week.

“I hope that most people won’t have to do this unless it’s an extreme circumstance and nothing else works,” Fredrick said while speaking to The Washington Post.

Fredrick gave the first haircut of this kind to his 12-year-old son, Rushawn, whose grades were becoming increasingly deplorable. In the aftermath, Rushawn’s in-school performance dramatically improved.
