As a Splash Brother, it’s universally understood that Stephen Curry gets buckets. However, he has yet to win an NBA 3-point contest; and recently he even took an L to a 10-year-old girl.
Curry didn’t lose to just any 10-year-old girl. It was Jaden Newman, who came to fame when she was seen on the Internets hooping on a varsity team at the tender age of 9 (see more prodigies here:
Hoop Dreams: 10 Insanely Good Child Basketball Prodigies). She did get to shoot from high school three, though.
The clips is actually part of The Redemption short film where Curry, where his Under Armour Curry One signature kicks gets some “help” when it comes to 3-point contests from Big Shot Bob Horry, his dad Dell Curry and Tim Legler along with host Kenny Mayne.
