Michael Jordan is in the midst of celebrating 30 years of his popular Jordan line, with updated versions of his classic kicks hitting the streets. Gatorade, one of Jordan’s many endorsement partners, has remastered a classic commercial featuring the NBA Hall Of Fame legend.
Gatorade will be celebrating its 50th year in existence, and the leading sports beverage has amassed several top sports stars over the years including Jordan, Serena Williams, Peyton Manning, Dwight Howard and many others. The company has always been fresh with the ad game, but the “Be Like Mike” campaign has remained as one Gatorade’s best-known commercials.
Gatorade touched up the iconic clip, just in time for the 2015 NBA All-Star Game. Nothing’s changed in the commercial except for the high definition effect and the addition of the social media plugs and a “#BeLikeMike” hashtag.
