Struggle robber, music exec and former reality star Mickey “MempHitz” Wright surrendered to Fulton County police on Tuesday (June 30). He had been on the lam for about five days after being caught swiping a carwash employee’s phone on surveillance footage.

Reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

Fulton County jail records show Wright was booked Tuesday on charges of aggravated assault and armed robbery. Johns Creek police spokesman Capt. Christopher Byers confirmed that Wright turned himself in.

The charges against Wright stem from a June 25 incident at the Club Corners Car Wash on Medlock Bridge Road.

Johns Creek police believe Wright had his Jeep Wrangler cleaned and left the car wash before returning and demanding an employee return the marijuana that he believed had been stolen from inside his vehicle.

“Your life or my weed,” he told the worker, according to the police report.

After being told he didn’t have the weed, that’s when MempHitz pulled a gun out, and demanded to watch surveillance footage of the cleaning. He then left, only to return and demand the worker’s cell phone.

The phone was tracked down to MempHitz Jeep Wrangler, parked at a shopping center. However, he was nowhere to be found.

Peep MempHitz’s full mugshot on the flip.
