The holidays seem to be the perfect time for mixtapes to keep flooding our ears. Thanksgiving brought respective projects from Lil Wayne and Erykah Badu and today (Nov. 27), Chris Brown joins the club.
Breezy just dropped a 34-track surprise mixtape Before the Party featuring appearances from Rihanna (yes, you read that right). The former couple collaborates on a song called “Counterfit” about dealing with fake people but wanting love, and stuff.
Wiz Khalifa, French Montana, Fetty Wap, Tyga, and a bunch of others are also featured on the mixtape.
The release comes a month ahead of Brown’s Royalty album. So, he either had enough extra songs for an entire separate project, or BTP is an appetizer for the main course.
