Monica’s ex Rocko decided to discuss his newly found singlehood and his upcoming album.
In an interview with VladTV.com, Rocko touched on his new album and tells fans that they can expect this album to follow up where his debut left off.
“I am creating bangers,” Rocko said. “This album is the sequel to my last album and it really follows up where my last album left off. The new song is already outside the box and people are gravitating to it, so it’s on.”
In regards to his relationship with R&B songstress Monica, Rocko states that they are “friends”.
“We’re cool and we’re going to always be cool,” Rocko continued. “That’s my family and we have two boys together, so we are always going to be cool.”
When asked about who decided to finally end the engagement, Rocko states that the split was amicable.
“We both just came to decision that we needed to do what’s best for us,” Rocko said. “Neither one of us was happy so we decided to handle things the right way and still remain friends.”
