Zachary Chesser has been arrested and charged with offering himself as a fight to Somali terror group linked to Al Qaeda.

Best known for making an online death threat to the creators of “South Park,” after an episode where the mocked the Muslim Prophet Muhammad, Chesser was arrested and charged after offering himself to be a soldier in a terrorist group.

Also known as Abu Talhah Al-Amrikee, the twenty year old reportedly told FBI agents that he attempted to fly to Somalia and join the group twice. During the most recent attempt, Chesser brought his infant son with him to try to look less suspicious on his travel.

Chesser was excluded from the July 10th flight and was told by the Transportation Security Administration that he was included on the no-fly list.

Chesser made an initial appearance Thursday in U.S. District Court on charges of providing material support to the al-Shabab group, which a group that was most recently responsible for a July 11th bombing in Uganda that killed more than 75 people watching the World Cup.
