registered sex offender who obviously shouldn’t be allowed in public, was arrested in New York City Friday (March 4) morning for exposing his genitals, and then rubbing them against an unsuspecting 26-year-old woman he followed onto a Subway train. Unbeknownst to Bronx resident Dawud McKelvin, cops reportedly saw him committing the crime.

Reports WABC:

According to police, Dawud McKelvin, 35, was first spotted by plainclothes officers acting suspiciously behind a woman on the northbound No. 6 subway on the Union Square station platform just after 8:30 a.m.

A Level 2 sex offender, he followed the woman onto a train, police said.

He positioned himself behind her, pulled down his sweatpants, exposed himself and rubbed against her, police said. When she moved away, he followed her and repeated the act.

The woman got off at 23rd Street, and continued to follow her, according to the NYPD, until he was arrested.

McKelvin was charged with felony sexual abuse.

According to the New York Daily NewsNYPD busted another man doing the same thing to a different woman, the day before Dawud’s arrest.

In 2010, Dawud was  charged for raping an 11-year-old girl who lived in a foster home where he worked, and sending the child photos of his private parts.
