Trick Daddy is coming to prime time television. The rapper has revealed that he will be staring in the new Love & Hip-Hop: Miami show.

In an exclusive talk with Bossip the artist formerly known as Trick Daddy Dollars says that he will be a regular cast member on Love & Hip-Hop franchise creator Mona Scott-Young’s newest show.

He tells Bossip:

I just met with Mona last week and we’re trying to do this thing right. Put some real Miami b*tches and real Miami n*ggas on the show…I’m really doing Love & Hip Hop: Miami because there’s a difference between Old Cutler (a sleepy highway that connects Miami to the Everglades) money and South Beach money. Old Cutler money is grandfathered in, South Beach is investors.

Love & Hip-Hop is currently anchored by three versions of the show that are taped in Atlanta, Hollywood and New York. The popular reality show has also spurned a number of spin-offs. The show is mainly known for featuring Hip-Hop artists who are in the twilight of their careers or seeking visibility to promote their music. Sometimes the characters aren’t necessarily active in Hip-Hop at all.

Trick Daddy says that he will start filming in May and that his story line revolves around him managing two artists, Mike Smith and Premadonna, with the latter’s husband trying to sign Trick to his label. Trick Daddy promises not to go out like so many before him though.

“One thing I won’t do is make a fool of myself,” Trick said. “If we gone make a fool of somebody it won’t be me, so it’ll be interesting.”
