Sounds like Snoop Dogg isn’t the only one who learned how to talk to girls from listening to Prince records.
During a brief visit to Atlanta this past weekend Snoop Dogg was asked to share some words about Prince, the musical icon who passed away last April.
In true Snoop fashion, he managed to find some humor and pimping in his memories about the legendary musician.
Per People.com:
“Musically, visually, sexually – Prince was the greatest to ever do it. Point blank. He showed us how to seduce a woman; make music that felt good to women and appealed to men as well. He stayed in tune with his feminine side while remaining masculine.”
Outside of a fondness for women, another thing that Snoop and Prince had in common was a love for basketball. Snoop also told People about the time he and his wife were seated next to Prince at a basketball game.
He says:
“I was with Shante and he had this beautiful friend with him. I mean, she was hot. Even my wife was like, ‘Damn, she is fine. But that was him! He always had one or two of the baddest chicks on his arm.”
Whether it was walking out the house in purple suits or making songs like “Sexual Eruption,” it’s obvious that Prince rubbed off on Snoop in many ways over the years.
But that whole porno and pimping thing? We’re not sure where he picked that up from.
