Tyga hasn’t been in the news for his music lately, but he hopes to make some waves with his new song “Cash Money.”

In his new track “Cash Money” Tyga raps about being able to make a good living even though his former recording home Cash Money record allegedly never paid him not one dime for the two albums and numerous songs he made while signed to the label.

Throughout the song Tyga borrows the Big Tymers flow from “Get Your Roll On.” He also shouts “Free B.G.” and pleads that the label lets Lil Wayne release his Carter V album so “the streets can eat.”

While it’s not the most scathing diss track you’ll ever hear, Tyga at least lets it be known that he isn’t afraid to speak up on the microphone.

This is the first time in while that Tyga is actually being talked about for his music. His relationship with Kylie Jenner, co-parenting with Blac Chyna and a car repossession have been news fodder over the last few months.
