Hip-Hop’s original hustler Master P stopped by the HipHopWired.com studios to talk about his latest ventures and how rappers clothing lines should be affordable for everybody.

Master P has sold it all from CDs to potato chips and never priced himself out of any market. So he shared some advice on how rappers like Kanye West and A$AP Rocky could fare way better if they kept their not-so-rich fanbase in mind when making clothing lines.

“Everybody can’t afford a lot of high-end stuff,” says P. “It’s more people that can afford more affordable stuff. So, make something for the high-end and make something more affordable for the fans who can’t afford $2,000, $1,000 shoes.”

Donning a throwback Dominque Wilkins Atlanta Hawks jersey, Master P revealed that he plans to create a sneaker honoring the basketball legend.

“I want to get with him to make a shoe,” says P, who recently made a song in tribute to one of his favorite basketball players. “Why not make a shoe for Dominique? I’m starting work on that now.”

P also promised that the shoe would look better than Under Amour’s Curry 2 Lows that have been getting roasted on Twitter in recent weeks.

“I bet everything it’s going to look better than that,” he says.
