Nothing comes easy for anyone on Power. Whether characters want to lead an honest life, crave unconditional love, or desire to rule an organization with no worries, threats both old and new rear their ugly heads—try as they may, like this week’s titular episode, “It’s Never Over.”

Ghost (Omari Hardwick), Tommy (Joseph Sikora) and everyone else learn the hard way that loose ends make for tight situations.

James “Ghost” St. Patrick knows Lobos is still alive, and wants to eliminate him once and for all. Ghost and his dreams of a legit nightlife mogul won’t come to fruition as long as Lobos lives. Ghost enlists the help of his lawyer Proctor (Jerry Ferrara) to discover where Lobos (Enrique Murciano) is hiding, so he can finish the job. Proctor tells Ghost that if Lobos is still alive, the feds have hidden him via the John Doe process.

Ghost fully trusts Proctor, letting him know that he’s worth the money he charges, and clandestinely admits to the botched attempt to kill Lobos and his desire to complete the mission. Proctor, channeling his inner Saul Goodman, advises Ghost to tread lightly, as the hitman is as much of a liability to Ghost as Lobos. Proctor also recommends asking Angela (Lela Loren) about Lobos with a chilling ultimatum: “Protecting your girl, or saving your life? I know what I’d choose.” Ghost readies his inside man to prepare for another hit.
