It used to be that rapping would open the door to acting, but lately actors are using their newfound fame to showcase their rap skills. Just days after The Night Of’s Riz Ahmed dropped a few bited sized bars on The Late Show, the star of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown a.k.a. Eleven, appeared on The Tonight Show and demonstrated an impressive rendition of Nicki Minaj’s verse from Kanye West’s smash “Monster.”

Joined by her fellow adolescent Stranger Things cast mates, the 12-year-old sat down with Jimmy Fallon, kicked Nicki’s verse, and gave music producers something to think about should her acting career fall through (it probably won’t).

Also worth nothing is that the breakout star’s choice of song might have given hardcore fans even more reason to speculate that her series character is somehow connected to the monster that haunts the town in Indiana. Guess we’ll have to wait till season 2 to see if that theory holds any kind of weight.

Check out the clip below and let us know if she outdid Adele’s rendition of Nicki’s verse.
