VH1 Re-Ups Martha And Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party For A Second Season
Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg‘s dinner party show is a runaway hit three weeks in and has already been picked up for a second season.
Add NewBillboard reports that VH1 was impressed enough by intial ratings see if they can duplicate the sucess next year too. She show currently has a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49 and 3 million total viewers in live-plus-three numbers.
Martha And Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party revolves around the duo inviting special guest into their kitchen to eat and be merry. Season one guests Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, 50 Cent and Fat Joe among others. Season one already gave us classic moments like this.
In separate statements, Martha and Snoop had this to say.
“I hoped that people would find our new show a pleasant change from the cut-throat competition shows that food television has evolved into. Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on VH1.
