The French police have reportedly detained 17 people in connection the Kim Kardashian West home invasion robbery that occurred in October 2016.

Reports CNN:

The group were picked up in Paris as well as the eastern suburbs of Raincy and Vincenne in a police operation that started at 6 a.m. Monday (12 a.m. ET).

A suspect was also detained in Grasse in the Alpes-Maritimes, which is in the south of the country.

Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint inside her hotel room by a gang of men disguised as police officers at a luxury private mansion in Paris who made off with an estimated $10 million in cash and jewelry.

Reportedly the suspects are between the ages of 23 and 73.

According to the New York Post, DNA evidence was used to nab some of the suspects.

Police swept through the capital region and the south of France after forensic work at the swank Hôtel de Pourtalés, where the reality TV star had been tied up and robbed in October, a source told Agence France-Presse.

“One of the DNA samples matched an individual known to police for robbery and criminal offences, who is considered a major thug,” the source said.

Using the evidence at the scene, investigators set up a surveillance operation and discovered a criminal network that stretched to Belgium, he told AFP.

Money and documents also were seized in Monday’s raids.

Seventeen suspects? Everyone is going to be dropping dime on everyone.
