Some gospel singer is actually proud to be performing at Cheeto Jesus aka La Naranja aka Comrade Trump’s Inauguration this weekend. His name is Travis Greene—in case you want to add him to the growing “canceled” list–and he said Jesus told him to take the gig.
Says TMZ:
Gospel and Grammy nominated singer Travis Greene — who will open the Liberty Ball — says God told him to perform, and he has no reservations.
He told us he’s getting blowback on social media, but he’s figured out a way to deal with it. For the record, his team tells us he’s also getting support for his decision.
Travis will be singing his hit (and 2016 Grammy nominated song) “Intentional.”
Good luck with that.
And, hwas it Jesus, or your bank account? He did say he would done it for free, but it doesn’t sound like he is doing it for free. Just saying.
