Paula Patton has accused her ex-husband Robin Thicke of physically abusing her, and their child.

Patton has filed a temporary domestic-violence restraining order against Thicke, which a judge has granted. She cites at least one incident of physical abuse during their nine-year marriage — Thicke allegedly punched Patton in her upper body and pushed her to the ground during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival — as well as various violent threats made toward Patton, including some in front of their son, Julian.
TMZ is reporting that the most recent bout happened earlier this month where Patton says Thicke showed up at her home attempting to bang her door down to get their son out of the house.
Patton previously alleged that Thicke was abusing their son by punching him. Thicke has denied those claims, but has admitted to spanking the 6-year old.
Since their divorce, Patton and Thicke have gone from being one of Hollywood’s favorite couples to bitter enemies. Their ups and downs have inspired some of Thicke’s best, and worst, music over the last few years.
