Kellyanne Conway‘s nose grew a little bit longer this morning as it’s been revealed that she made up a story about a Bowling Green Massacre being reason enough to implement Donald Trumps Muslim travel ban.
Conway, who is one of Trump’s senior advisors made up a story blaming two Iraqi soldiers for a mass killing that never happened.
In an interview with MSNBC she is quoted saying:
“I bet it’s brand new information to people that President Obama had a six-month ban on the Iraqi refugee program after two Iraqis came here to this country, were radicalised and they were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green massacre.
“Most people don’t know that because it didn’t get covered.”

Evidently, Conway forgot that everything is “Googlable” these days and her jig was spotted immediately. The Guardian writes that there are indeed two Iraqi refugees who were caught in Bowling Green, Ky. and are serving life sentences on federal terrorism charges. But no “massacre” ever happened.
