Bronzeville is set in 1940’s Chicago, centered around a predominately African-American community whose economic foundation is the numbers game. The story revolves around two brothers who have built an empire off of the underground lottery game, except one of them is in jail while the other is attempting to keep the business going until he gets back home. The main character, Jimmy Tillman, has just moved to Bronzeville from Arkansas, fleeing from town after stabbing a White man. The series is produced by Laurence Fishburne and Larenz Tate, both of whom also star in the series.

The show began streaming on February 4 and is slated for 10 episodes. You can listen on iTunes, Spotify, Soundcloud and most platforms where you enjoy music. It’s great to listen to during a road trip, a day where you’re cleaning up around the house or just chilling at the crib.
