Chance The Rapper is backing up his talk with cold hard cash.

Just weeks after he donated $1 million to the Chicago Public School system for arts and after school program funding, he has now come up with another millie thanks to some rich friends and the Chicago Bulls.

On Friday afternoon Chance held another press conference where he presented yet another million dollar check to the troubled institution. He also announced that he was starting his own after school program, the New Chance Arts And Literature Fund.

“As an artist and an after school teacher, I know the arts are essential,” Chance said to those in attendance at Robeson High School. “To ensure that more students have more access, I am excited to announce the creation of the New Chance Arts and Literacy Fund. The fund will bring arts program and materials to schools that have experienced a decrease in five-year graduation rates, experienced budget cuts and lack of text books, and are without music or arts programs.”

Ever since he met with Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner, Chance has vowed to help the CPS since the government won’t. Now with the Bulls and people like Justin Bieber, Common and more joining the charge, it looks like Chance is about to show them how to do this, son.
