Kodak Black is in jail for violating probation but he could have more legal trouble on the way.

The frequently-incarcerated rapper is being accused of attacking a bartender at a Florida strip club back in February.

The Sun Sentinel reports:

According to [a police] report, the accuser is Jennifer Cunningham, 34, of Hallandale Beach, who works at Club Climaxx at 12001 Northwest 27th Ave. in northwest Miami-Dade.

Her lawyers, Matthew Kotzen and James DeMiles, say Cunningham is a bartender at the club.

Cunningham told police that while she was working at about 3 a.m. on Feb. 2, Octave “approached her and started acting belligerent,” the police report states.

The woman told Octave to back off and Octave “hit her in the forehead with his right arm,” state the allegations in the report.

She kept working, and when she returned to work around 8 p.m. that night, she called police, who took the report.

This accusation was discovered during another investigation where police were trying to find more reasons why and how Black violated his probation. Black has not been officially charged in the case, but if he is, it will presumably be misdemeanor battery. Cunningham’s lawyers say that she suffered injuries that “resulted in medical treatment” and is considering filing a civil lawsuit.
