Jay Z‘s lawyers stay busy. This time, Hova is getting for using the Roc Nation logo on MLB apparel.

Roc Nation recently partnered with New Era for an MLB capsule collection that includes ball caps.

The Iconix Brand Group, which purchased the Rocawear clothing brand, is suing. According to TMZ, Iconix paid $204 million for the logo and needs to grant permission for its use.

Thus, the company is suing the MLB, Roc Nation, New Era, Lids and even the San Francisco Giants for a cool $10M and damages. Iconix’s rationale is they never gave the okay for the logo’s use, so they gotta pay up.

In other news, Jay Z will be headlining this year’s Made In America Festival.
