Add “record label exec” to Metro Boomin‘s resume. The renowned producer has partnered with Republic Records and the Universal Music Group to create Boominati Worldwide. 

Metro recently dropped his proper solo debut single, “No Complaints” featuring Offset and his now sort of labelmate Drake.

As part of the partnership, the St. Louis native will release his own music via the new label and sign talent to its roster.

“Launching Boominati Worldwide is the next step in my career as a producer, an artist, and a businessman.” says Metro via a press statement. “I created the label to represent a collective of highly gifted individuals who have the shared gift of being able to influence the world through culture and art.”

Next up, Metro will be in artist mode is he hits the road with Bryson Tiller’s Set It Off” Tour in August. Check out the dates, and listen to “No Complaints,” below.
