Colin Kaepernick is proving once again he is a man of action. The NFL quarterback just donated $34,000 dollars to J.Cole’s Dreamville Foundation.

Ever since becoming woke, the former San Francisco 49ers star has channeled his off the field energy to philanthropy. In 2016 he vowed to donate one million dollars to different charitable entities and relief funds. Kaep recently hit the $800K mark which included a healthy contribution to J. Cole’s Dreamville Foundation.

ESPN reporter Darren Rovell shared an itemized report of where the monies have been distributed thus far saying “Colin Kaepernick donates another $100K on way to $1M pledge, now at $800K total. Detail of where $ goes is admirable.”

Founded in 2011, Dreamville, a non-profit organization, gives back to the youth in Fayetteville, North Carolina via back to school supply drives, a book club, summer outings and more. The Roc Nation rapper voiced support for the unemployed quarterback at a recent concert. The two connected in person with Colin returning the favor via his Twitter.

The particulars of the Dreamville donation are still being finalized with the itemized report stating “Colin and Cole will be releasing details of the projects in development in the coming weeks.”
