Omelly, a member of Meek Mill‘s Dreamchasers clique, was reportedly shot in North Camden, New Jersey on Labor Day. The rapper’s condition is not known but chatter from the street says he was hospitalized in the area.
“We are receiving reports that #DreamChasers rapper #Omelly was shot today in North Camden, NJ and that he was taken to #CooperUniversityHealthCare. We will keep you updated on this story,” The Shade Room posted on Instagram Monday.
Omelly posted a photo to Instagram this morning with the cryptic caption, “Took it & smiled special thanks to everyone for the support,” apparently referencing the shooting.
