With Wu-Wear slotted for a comeback this year, RZA continues to advance his influence in the fashion industry. The Abbott recently announced he and the 36 Chambers brand will be launching an Emperors’ Treasure capsule collection.

In a collaboration with the Asian Art Museum, the Wu’s chief architect and Mustafa Shaikh have teamed up to marry Hip-Hop and fine art with select menswear items.

“The Asian Art Museum has given us an informative glimpse into the vast history and culture of Asian life,” said RZA via a press release. “Since our company is primarily inspired by Asian culture, the exhibit intrigued us to design a line that was truly indicative of an Asian lifestyle.”

RZA and Shaikh were inspired by their visit to the 2016 exhibit of the same name. The Emperors’ Treasure capsule collection features several pieces included jackets, t-shirts, hats and accessories all themed with Chinese or Buddhist artwork. A pop up shop was opened at the museum to celebrate the launch.

You can peep the all pieces on the following pages. Still keeping our fingers crossed on this new Wu-Tang Clan album though.
