A grand jury has indicted Kodak Black on first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges in Florence County, South Carolina.

Kodak Black, born Dieuson Octave, faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted of the charges that stem from an incident that occurred back in February 2015.

Reports ABC 15 News:

A Florence County Sheriff’s Office incident report says the assault happened back in February while Octave was in Florence for a show at the Treasure City nightclub.

Octave, 20, is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl, who first reported it to her school nurse in Richland County. The school resource officer got involved and made the Florence County Sheriff’s Office aware of the allegations.

The report says Octave sexually assaulted the girl at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Florence County.

Octave was released from the Florence County Detention Center Thursday, Dec. 1, on a $100,000 bond.

Worth noting is that part of Kodak’s bail conditions is not to comment on the case anywhere, including his music.

While Kodak Black recently completed an anger management course, the details of this case are very, very disturbing.
