2 Chainz might wanna pawn a chain or two to catch up with some of his car bills. Allegedly, the artist formerly known as Tity Boi is being sued by Highline Holdings Group for defaulting on his payment for a big boy Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the HHG and Chainz negotiated a reasonable price of $262,212 for the luxury automobile for which the ATL rapper mostly paid off.

The problem came when the high-end auto broker contacted Chainz to pay the remaining $18,317 left on the tab. A request that 2 Chainz allegedly refused to comply with even though they’d already delivered the sweet ride to his home in ATL, Georgie.

Now HHG is suing the “Blue Cheese” rapper for the amount owed plus interest. We’re not sure why Chainz would refuse to pay the peanuts left on the balance, but there is the slight possibility that he’s all of a sudden hanging out with Tyga and learning a thing or two.

Let this serve as a reminder that just because your favorite rapper is driving it doesn’t necessarily means he owns it.

2 Chainz has yet to respond to requests for comment on the situation.
