Cam’ron has always been good for spilling some behinds the scene tea. The Harlem native now says Dame Dash slapped up film producer Harvey Weinstein for being disrespectful to women.

On the recent Diplomats reunion track “Once Upon A Time” Killa says spits about Dusko Poppington putting hands on the disgraced film producer. “No disrespecting the ladies, word from my team / that’s the reason Dame smacked Harvey Weinstein / on the set of Paid in Full, y’all gave him hell about it / some foul sh*t happened once Capo tell ’em ’bout it” he explains.

Cam has immaculate timing as Weinstein has recently come under fire with multiple accusations of sexual harassment, assault and rape. The fallout caused many others in Hollywood to speak openly on these kind of indiscretions.

Dash admits he has had a history of contentious interactions with Harvey. In October Dame spoke to the Hip-Hop Motivator about their several run-ins.

“He and I had a lot of aggressive interaction. And I know even culturally, like, my people would say things, like, I would see interviews with Wood Harris and with Just Blaze and all that, and they’d be like, ‘Oh he yelled at Harvey Weinstein. He yelled at the Weinsteins.’ But the bottom line is, like, when I look at somebody treat other people wrong, I can’t just look the other way. And any opportunity I get, I know I’m strong, but I’m always gonna make them suffer for the people that aren’t strong enough.”

You can peep “Once Upon A Time” here. Also while we are on the subject of Cam, his recent appearance on Highly Questionable is pretty lit.
