Dolph says he’s been shot at more times before he got into music than afterwards saying “Y’all just don’t know.” He does use each shooting as inspiration to get into the studio and “take it to the bank.” Speaking on that most recent incident Young says that “them same folks who threw 100 rounds though, it’s like, people don’t know everything about it. They had to pick one of they mans up off of the ground and take him to the hospital too though. Not me.” Adding, “It’s lame.”
