With the average Black family income ranking in the top 5, many people are finding opportunities in a smaller city neighbored in a state with huge tourism cities. With housing prices the lowest they’ve ever been in Florida, the move to Jacksonville now would be a smart decision for anyone looking to raise a family or simply just a change.
