Ray-J is denying reports that he’s in an ongoing relationship with singer Whitney Houston.
As previously reported, the brother of Brandy released his single “Last Wish” which he calls a “personal record” that details his relationship with an unnamed woman.
According to Ray however, that woman is NOT Houston because he’s no longer interested in women in the industry.
The singer, who was photographed with Houston recently in Atlanta, sat down for an interview with IPower Richmond’s TT Torez and says the song is not about any of his “For The Love Of Ray-J” contestants or the legendary singer.
“Naw I’m not even going that route TT. Not knocking none of the industry girls out there but I’ve been there and I’ve experienced that.”
According to Ray, his current girlfriend is a “regular girl” going to college who he hopes will hear his new single and realize that it’s dedicated to her.
“Regular girl going to college…we been holding it down for a little while now. We’re having our ups and downs and I really like this girl…so hopefully “Last Wish” she can hear this song and see that I’m really trying to promote us.”
