‘The Cape’ Casts Rapper LilRomeo & Michael Irby as Villains

Heir To The No Limit Throne,  Romeo, has been cast on NBC’s new super-hero drama “The Cape” which premiered this month.

Romeo will play “Lil Z,” a wise cracking side-kick to Michael Irby’s character “Pokerface,” who was also just added to the show.  They both play underlings to the main nemesis on the show “Chess,” played by James Frain.

The Cape centers around  an ex-cop (David Lyons), accused of murder and left for dead and is out to clear his name and clean up the streets of Palm City.

He takes on the identity of his son’s favorite comic book hero to fight the supervillian Chess.

The Cape airs Monday nights at 9:00 PM on NBC.

As previously reported, Romeo has teamed up with his brother Valentino (Vice President of No Limit Forever), his uncle Silkk The Shocker (COO -Chief Operating Officer”) and cousin Black Don (Senior VP of A&R) to relaunch his father’s label No Limit Records.

The newly reformed No Limit will focus on digital content to release music to the masses rather than Master P’s origins of selling tapes and CDs from the trunk of his car.

Romeo’s little sister Cymphonique Miller will also tackled the small screen this year as the 14-year-old is set to star in the upcoming series “How to Rock Braces and Glasses.”

The sitcom, which is based on a new book series from Alloy Entertainment, will star Cymphonique as Kacey, a girl who was popular until she has to get braces and reading glasses.

When she begins to be made fun of and separated from the “cool girls” she turns to music for her therapy.  “How to Rock Braces and Glasses” will air on Nickelodeon.

Romeo’s making big moves and we’ve literally watched Romeo grow up before our eyes.
