Roc Nation signee Willow Smith is continuing to progress with her budding music career and debuting her second single “21st Century Girl.”
The 10-year-old songstress, who’s said to be in talks to star in a remake of “Annie”, premiered the new single on The Ryan Seacrest Show Monday and will sell it exclusively on iTunes beginning Tuesday, March 1st.
In addition to the highly anticipated radio debut, Willow will perform “21st Century Girl” for the first time ever on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” as previously reported (check local listings).
“21st Century Girl” is her follow up to the international smash “Whip My Hair,” which struck platinum in the US and Australia and broke the gold mark in Canada and Ireland.
“21st Century Girl” was produced by Twin & Alke for RedFly and written by Joacim Persson, Niclas Molinder, Johan Alkenas, Drew Ryan Scott, and Omarr Rambert.
The upcoming music video was directed by Rich Lee.
In addition to being a global hit maker, Smith is also preparing for her international tour with the chart topping sensation Justin Bieber.
The teen stars will take over London, Liverpool and Birmingham, England for a series of scheduled dates.
