Young Money emcee Nicki Minaj has broken yet another record.
As previously reported Minaj was credited with having the first single by a female emcee to top Billboard’s “Rap Songs” category in over seven years with “Your Love.”
Following that she made Billboard history after being announced as the first female rapper to have 7 entries on the “Hot 100.”
The record breaking streak continues for Nicki now that her Pink Friday album has become the female rap album with the most consecutive weeks in the Top 10.
Nicki quickly broke the news to her followers on Twitters Wednesday saying,
“Now 14 weeks ; PINK FRIDAY BREAKS the RECORD for MOST CONSECUTIVE weeks in the TOP 10 by a female rap album on Billboard’s 200.”
The Queens rapper is currently embarking on the I Am Still Music Tour with Lil Wayne and Rick Ross.
