HipHopWired has confirmed that rapper Yung L.A. was arrested and released last week in Dekalb County, Georgia.

According to officials at the Dekalb County Detention Center, L.A.; real name Leland Austin, was taken into custody April 21 for criminal damage to property.

Following his arrest, he was taken to the Fulton County Detention Center on April 22 where he was held on $2,000 bail.

Fulton County officials confirm that the rapper was processed and later released April 23.

Prior to his arrest, L.A. was videotaped being jumped by Alley Boy and members of Duct Tape Entertainment who were offended by the tattoo of a duck on his face.

Before the incident, the rapper had the tattoo changed to his initials.
